Property Summary
The Presidente combines quality and comfortable accommodation with a lively and friendly atmosphere in a central location. Situated in the heart of the Rincón de Loix area with Benidorm's entertainment, including many bars and restaurants, right on the doorstep, as well as a wide range of facilities and activities at the Hotel all combine to make the Presidente an ideal choice for couples, families and groups of friends.
Although officialy a 3 star hotel, we have rated this Hotel a 4 Sun.

Location
The Presidente is situated in the cosmopolitan Rincón de Loix area of Benidorm, just 250m from the beach of Levante. It is located in the resort centre with bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife on the doorstep. Alicante airport is approximately 48km from the hotel.

Features
The air conditioned restaurant serves a good selection of buffet style cuisine, while the ‘Gallery Bar’ offers delicious snacks and refreshments to suit all tastes. There are also two bars, a permanent bar indoors and an outdoor bar in summer, a mobile discotheque (indoors for winter and outside in summer), TV lounge, nightly entertainment and live music. There is access for disabled guests and parking is also available for an extra charge, paid locally.
All guestrooms feature en suite bathroom, hair dryer, telephone, satellite TV, air-conditioning/heating, safety deposit box, fridge, mini bar and balcony or terrace. ** Please note: Some facilities are subject to availability and a local charge.

Activities
Leisure facilities at the Hotel include a sports area, table tennis, children’s swimming pool and play lounge. There are also 2 jacuzzis and an outdoor swimming pool, heated and covered in winter, set on a large sun terrace furnished with sun loungers and parasols.
