The establishment has no 24hrs reception service therefore clients must go to the following address for the key collection: Fincas Benidorm, Madrid Avenue no. 23, from Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm and from 4.30 pm to 8 pm; Saturday form 9.30am to 1.30pm. After this time, clients must go to Buenavista Apartment for key collection, at Ciudad Real (near the Levante Club Hotel) street in Benidorm for key collection and deposit payment.
