Key collection is from 09:00hrs until 13:00hrs and 16:00hrs until 20:00hrs in the apartments. For arrivals outside of these times, keys are collected from the Buenavista Apartments in Calle Ciudad Real (next to Levante Club Hotel). A refundable breakage deposit to be paid on arrival (150 euros).

The apartments are situated in an elevated position, just 850m from Levante Beach, with the centre of the resort and its wealth of attractions approximately 500m away.

The reception is open during the day offering guests assistance and any information they may need.
